Project A - Ambition for All

"Ambition is a strong desire and determination to achieve success and we want our learners to seize the opportunities that ambition presents." Ann Stahler, CEO and Executive Headteacher

Lydiate Learning Trust believes all young people deserve access to a challenging and enriching education, with opportunities and support to develop their abilities in all areas to engage, enable and empower all our stakeholders.

Project A is a new Trust innovation focused on creating an environment where Ambition for All is the norm.

All Trust schools are working with National Association for Able Children in Education (NACE), an independent charity with a shared focus on improving provision for more able learners and promoting challenge for all. This will drive our school improvement ambition agenda whilst raising achievements across Trust schools.

All our teachers are NACE members and have access to the latest guidance, CPDL, peer exchange, school-led research initiatives, and the opportunity to join the NACE Challenge Development Programme, supporting ongoing whole-school review and improvement. Each school has identified a NACE Champion and Lead who will work with a Trust Executive Director of School Improvement to roll out our Ambition for All agenda.
