Make a lasting impact on young lives
Lydiate Learning Trust is seeking three dedicated Non-Executive Directors (Trustees) who share our unwavering belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities in life.
Our Mission
Since 2015, we’ve been transforming lives through education. We’re a community of educators and changemakers united by one powerful vision: to engage, enable, and empower every child to reach their full potential.
Our proudest achievement is taking a struggling inner-city school with falling rolls and poor outcomes and transforming it into a thriving, oversubscribed center of learning that achieved “Good” in its last Ofsted Inspection. This is what happens when passionate people come together with a shared purpose.
We’re building something extraordinary:
• Growing our own teachers through our Primary and Secondary Teacher Training Centre
• Creating the future with our carbon net-zero, state-of-the-art school opened in 2024
• Expanding opportunities by bringing more Primary Schools into our Trust family
