Lydiate Learning Trust is delighted to offer primary teachers a free, full-day CPD opportunity delivered by Royal Ballet & Opera.

What is Primary Sing?
Primary Sing is a nationally recognised programme designed to build teacher confidence and support high-quality music teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This practical taster session is aimed specifically at non-specialist primary teachers who want to deliver engaging, curriculum-linked music lessons.
What to expect
During this hands-on CPD day, you’ll gain practical singing strategies you can use immediately in your classroom, clear links to the Music National Curriculum, and approaches that work for all pupils, regardless of their musical background. Expert-led sessions from Royal Ballet & Opera practitioners will guide you through the programme, and you’ll also gain insight into how Primary Sing can be delivered in your school from 2026–27 onwards.
No music specialism is required. This session is designed for classroom teachers who want to develop their confidence in teaching music.
