As Executive Director of People and Culture, Jane leads the Trust’s strategic approach to all people-related matters, championing a culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Jane is known for her personal, friendly, and professional approach, working closely with her team to deliver a high-quality, people-first service. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing proactive people strategies that drive organisational success. Her expertise spans talent management, culture transformation, reward and recognition, employee engagement, change management, and leadership development.
