Lydiate Learning Trust Partners with Steven Gerrard Academy

Lydiate Learning Trust is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Steven Gerrard Academy (SGA).

From September 2026, prospective SGA students will have the opportunity to study A-Levels at Childwall Sports and Science Academy and Deyes High School Sixth Forms alongside their athletic programmes.

Mrs. Beaney, Head of School, Deyes High School, commented: “We are delighted to open our doors to Steven Gerrard Academy students and support their academic journey alongside their sporting ambitions. This partnership reflects the strength of our Sixth Form provision and will create exciting opportunities for all our students to learn from one another.”

Since its inception in 2011, SGA has become a premier institution for sporting excellence, with over 1,500 graduates pursuing successful careers across the North West and beyond.

The Trust will extend our high-calibre A-Level provision to this new cohort and explore the unique opportunities this collaboration will create for our existing and prospective students.
